The location here was great, right next to a tube station and just 2 km away from a late Renaissance church, plus the food was delicious and the bar was charming.

This is surely the best brand-new hotel, very very helpful and attentive staff, tastefully decorated rooms. Short walk from an underground station, overall I appreciated the location, it's perfect and nice. Fantastic restaurant offers fab food.

The double room was clean and absolutely perfect with an extra bed, so that guests had essentials. I got essential facilities, like a storage space and coffee. - the setting was brilliant, so close to a fantastic coffee shop as well as Aurelian walls of Rome.

The stay at this place was fantastic, greatly enjoyed the venue, it was fairly clean with an awesome location near the main attractions and many shops.

We had a fantastic stay at this hidden gem in a great location. Just a hop away from Ottovania metro and a short walk to St Peters and the Vatican. the owners, Julia and the team, were incredibly welcoming. Upon arrival, Julia greeted us with a warm smile and showed us to our spacious room. the modern design and cleanliness of the place exceeded our expectations. the bathroom facilities were excellent, with a powerful rainfall shower. We also loved the lovely terrace where we could relax and people-watch. the bed was comfortable and the addition of a kitchen and coffee machine in the hall was a great bonus. We highly recommend staying here for a memorable experience. Cons: For us, it was ideal! 😊.

Our room at Fabio Massimo Guest House was absolutely charming and unique. The combination of opulence and coziness made us feel right at home. The dreamy bedding made us want to hibernate! The location of Fabio Massimo Guest House was perfect for exploring the city on foot. I walked to all the major attractions like Via del Corso, the Spanish stairs, and even the Vatican in just a few minutes. The room was spotlessly clean and had all the modern amenities, including a smart TV that easily connected to my phone. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea available for guests. The staff, especially Julia at the reception and Violeta the cleaning lady, were incredibly friendly and made me feel at home. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
